Remember when I told you about my early years in real estate?
I had no idea what the hell I was doing. I got into the business because I wanted a career that allowed me a more flexible schedule so I could enjoy more of the things in life that brought me the most joy.
But what I got was a pile of goals I wasn’t reaching, some really stressful transactions, and a shit storm for a marketing plan.
I needed a HUGE change.
So that’s what I did. I changed. I changed the way I thought about real estate and how I’d control my business, instead of the other way around.
When I stopped doing the things that I hated, started executing on the small things that led to big things, and scaled the things that worked, my business changed forever.
I finally reached the point where I had processes and a predictable pipeline full of new clients and referrals.
I could relax and be myself because I had built the foundation of tools, materials, goals, plans, and guides that I needed.
