It’s a funny thing, this business. So many people enter the industry thinking it’ll be an easy way to make more money on the side, or get rich quick.
But this business will chew you up and spit you out in 3 years or less if you think that way for too long.
I know you’re not a statistic that will disappear in 3 years.
But that doesn’t mean you’re not scared. Or doubtful about your abilities to get to the next level.
You know you need an online presence, properly set goals, a schedule full of tasks that lead to business, a marketing plan, a database, a listing presentation, and the list goes on…
But you’re not sure how to even begin. It’s so overwhelming and frustrating knowing what you need, but the how is so unclear.
If you feel at all like this, then you’re in the right place my friend. Because that’s exactly what you’ll find in The Rookie Agent.
At some point, we’ve all been in this place where we’re not living up to the potential we know we’re capable of. But we need a little help.
Remember when I told you about my early years in real estate?
I had no idea what the hell I was doing. I got into the business because I wanted a career that allowed me a more flexible schedule so I could enjoy more of the things in life that brought me the most joy.
But what I got was a pile of goals I wasn’t reaching, some really stressful transactions, and a shit storm for a marketing plan.
I needed a HUGE change.
So that’s what I did. I changed. I changed the way I thought about real estate and how I’d control my business, instead of the other way around.
When I stopped doing the things that I hated, started executing on the small things that led to big things, and scaled the things that worked, my business changed forever.
I finally reached the point where I had processes and a predictable pipeline full of new clients and referrals.
I could relax and be myself because I had built the foundation of tools, materials, goals, plans, and guides that I needed.
And that’s exactly what you’ll find in The Rookie Agent.
If you’re anything like me. You’ve thrown lots of time and money at lots of different things to improve your business.
It hurts my soul to think about some of the stupid shit I spent hundreds of dollars on. Newspaper ads, one off direct mail campaigns, and who knows what else.
It’s just embarrassing.
So when I created The Rookie Agent I knew from the very beginning that this would be a grossly under priced course. One that with one commission check would be paid for 12 times over.
It needed to be something that was comprehensive and packed full of actionable and realistic tasks.
It needed to be easily consumed, so that you could take the course whenever you wanted, from wherever you are. And it would be available to you as a resource forever.
So I created The Rookie Agent.
It’s my baby. It’s my life’s purpose. And it’s my goal to help you reach your full potential in real estate in a very short period of time.
So dig in. And go fucking crush it! Then come back to tell me all about it.
